Box Of Rain Floral

We stopped in to sign a local petition and was immediately met with friendly, personable staff who made the visit genuinely pleasant. While we were there, we spotted a planter we loved, and I came back a week later to purchase it. I received the same great service the second time around, a kind, welcoming, and happy to help experience. It’s clear they care about their customers and their community. Highly recommend.

Sent this beautiful bouquet to a family member for her 88th birthday. It is stunning, beautifully created and so colorful! The birthday girl was moved to tears and loved it!

Wow!!! I am so happy I chose this place! I chose them based solely on the name but their customer service (shout out to Ryan🤩) and the arrangement they delivered were both ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations! I will be calling them for all of my floral needs and cannot WAIT to visit the store when I am in Lubbock! Excellent service! A+ experience! Well done Box Of Rain Floral! 🌺

The Easter Lily we ordered for my daughter in laws Birthday was absolutely beautiful. The driver called me to let me know no one was home and they left it in the shade by the doorway so when she got home it would be waiting for her. This gift turned out perfect and was delivered within hours of my order. I will definitely use them again and it worked perfectly ordering direct from them. Thank you so much! A+++

I live in Ruidoso NM. I called in an order for a couple of friends. Beth was great. She was opened to feedback and did a wonderful job. My friends were very happy when they promptly received the floral arrangement. Thank You, Beth!
